About
My journey started with a PhD in Chemistry, where I learned to solve complex problems with rigorous analytical thinking. I transitioned into software engineering, building products that scaled from startup MVPs to Fortune 500 enterprise solutions.
The path from individual contributor to engineering leader taught me that the best technical leadership combines strategic vision with hands-on execution. After years building enterprise SaaS platforms and leading high-performing teams, I'm now applying that experience to AI-native applications—architecting AdCraft at OmniTrain.ai while delivering rapid MVP development through CodeCrank.
Now I also offer fractional CTO and consulting services through DCTSoft, helping startups make the right architecture, hiring, and AI decisions. Beyond engineering, I work extensively with local AI models—training custom LoRAs and generating images with Flux Dev and Stable Diffusion on my 3090Ti GPU.
