My journey started with a PhD in Chemistry, where I learned to solve complex problems with rigorous analytical thinking. I transitioned into software engineering, building products that scaled from startup MVPs to Fortune 500 enterprise solutions.
The path from individual contributor to engineering leader taught me that the best technical leadership combines strategic vision with hands-on execution.
